Returns

Headphonesale.co.uk hopes you are happy with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we are here to help.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return them and receive a refund within 14 days of receipt. You may return goods and receive a refund provided:

1. They are purchased on our website and are returned within 14 days of your receipt.
2. They are sent back accompanied with the original package.

Please follow the steps below

1. Notify us first by email stating the order number and reason for return authorization.
2. All parcels should be sent via a traceable method. Headphonesale.co.uk is not responsible for the loss during the return shipping to us.
3. Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. A minimum restock fee of 20% may be applied to products returned as defective that test to be operational upon return. Additionally, any return that has missing accessories or is incomplete in packaging will be subject to the minimum 20% restock fee. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

We'll process your return ASAP. Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment in 10 working days.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only allowed when:

1. The items are defective or damaged upon receipt;
2. They are returned within 14 days of your receiving them.

Please note that:

All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price.
Headphonesale.co.uk is not responsible for any shipping charges during the whole exchange process.
Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
